Simple and imperfect zero waste | Litterless

Hi, I'm Celia.

I write, organize, and speak to share resources and build community around the topic of zero waste.

-Writing: Here on Litterless, I write about striving for zero waste both imperfectly and joyfully, as a way to work toward a more sustainable future. In addition to blog posts, the "Where to Shop" and "Where to Compost" guides can help you find local zero waste resources in your community.

-Organizing: In Madison, Wisconsin, I host free events and community meet-ups, as well as a Facebook group for locals to meet each other and build community. Before I moved to Madison from Chicago, I co-founded Zero Waste Chicago, an environmental not-for-profit offering resources and education to move Chicago to zero waste.

-Speaking: I speak and give workshops on the topics of zero waste, composting, and environmental organizing. Please contact me to inquire more.

If you're new to the idea of zero waste and want to learn more, this page is a good first read. Here’s the long and short of it: you don't have to be perfect, you just have to start somewhere.

All are welcome in this space, and I'm so glad you're here.
